Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and passionate Key Account Manager for our Inflammation & Autoimmunity (Dermatology) Business Unit to advocate for the development of Incyte’s products within priority accounts in the territory. Key stakeholders include clinicians, medical personnel, and hospital pharmacists to achieve territory and organizational goals, adhering to the Farmindustria code, compliance, legal requirements, and company policies. Area of work: Lombardia Centro-Nord and Piemonte Orientale. Duties and Responsibilities Inform dermatology specialists about Incyte products and therapeutic information, complying with legal requirements and marketing strategies. Understand and map local funding, clinical, and access decision processes; identify key stakeholders inside the accounts. Implement customer and account business plans to ensure patient access to Incyte medicines. Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize product potential. Deliver product information aligned with marketing strategies. Build formal networks with key decision-makers and local players, developing district business within compliance and legal boundaries. Conduct market surveillance and share customer insights. Manage professional relations with opinion leaders. Participate in congresses, meetings, and physician training sessions. Document and report daily activities, administration, and finances. Manage personal development plans. Promote a culture of business integrity and ethics. Operate within compliance, legal, and company guidelines. Requirements Life Sciences Degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 5 years of experience in promoting specialist pharmaceutical products, preferably in dermatology. Proven track record in specialist sales and market access at hospital level. Effective team-working abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Leadership and coaching skills in cross-functional settings. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
