ABOUT THE ROLETyres are a strategic product category within Stellantis Aftersales, directly impacting safety, performance, customer experience, and profitability. We are looking for a Tyres Product Manager to take ownership of the tyre portfolio across Stellantis brands and markets, working with Tier 1, Tier 2 suppliers and private label products (EUROREPAR). In this role, you will manage the full product lifecycle, ensure market competitiveness, and balance pricing, margin, and availability across the distribution network. This position is ideal for professionals with a commercial and product‐driven mindset, looking to grow in an international, data‐driven aftermarket environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Own the end‐to‐end lifecycle of the assigned tyre product portfolioDefine and evolve the product range strategy, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectivesAnalyze market competitiveness through benchmarking vs OEM and IAM competitorsEnsure the right balance between price competitiveness and sustainable margins across Stellantis, Distrigo, and repairersDefine target costs and support pricing decisions for new applicationsWork closely with suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standardsCollaborate with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure successful product launches and availabilityIdentify range extension opportunities based on car parc coverage, availability, and market potentialExplore new business opportunities and contribute to business cases using market and performance data
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar5–10 years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Business Development or Commercial rolesExperience in the automotive or tyres industry (OEM or Independent Aftermarket) is a strong plusExposure to aftersales activities (sales, logistics, purchasing, marketing or engineering) is a plusStrong analytical and business mindset, comfortable working with dataGood understanding of pricing logic, cost structures, and margin managementSolid Excel skills (Power BI or similar tools are a plus)Fluent English required; additional languages are a plusCommercially driven and results orientedStructured, proactive, and able to manage complexityComfortable working in multicultural and cross‐functional environmentsCurious, open‐minded, and collaborative
