Job ID: 2905 Location: Torino, IT Job Family: ICT Security Job Type: Full Time Working Mode: Hybrid Job Purpose The Security Manager leads the implementation and execution of the cybersecurity program within a region, business unit, or global function. This role ensures alignment with enterprise risk strategy, manages a team of cyber professionals, and drives proactive security improvements across IT and OT environments. The Security Manager plays a critical role in risk governance, compliance oversight, incident response leadership, and business engagement to protect manufacturing operations and intellectual property. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic and operational activities and optimization of our Web Application Firewall (WAF) services, focusing on Akamai, F5, and Azure technologies. Manage a team of security engineers and architects to ensure secure and efficient delivery of WAF services. Act as the single point of contact for cybersecurity within their assigned region, translating and localizing enterprise cyber initiatives into actionable guidance for regional/business teams. Serve as a facilitator to help business functions engage with the broader Cyber organization. Escalate risks, gaps, or misalignments between local practices and security policies, support incident response coordination locally, and liaise with central team. Serve as the regional SME for cyber-related compliance needs, understanding and communicating timelines, regulatory requirements, and policy impacts for the region. Help local teams understand what needs to be done while working closely with regional CIOs and business teams to ensure regulatory and policy adherence. Experience Required Minimum 8 years’ experience in Cyber technologies platforms & engineering. Experience leading technical and project teams through complex technology environments with multi datacenter and cloud environments. Ability to understand and interpret complex cyber risks and issues and to communicate business impact and remediation actions to management and business partners. Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations. Critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various hierarchical levels. Excellent analytical skills, ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, and ability to work in a demanding, dynamic environment.
