We are looking for a Microsoft Security Sales Specialist. This role is centered on upselling Microsoft security solutions to both existing and potential customers, transforming security from a perceived cost into a strategic value-add. The individual will act as a trusted security advisor for partners, working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing security adoption, implementing advanced security measures, and delivering tailored, high-value Microsoft Security solutions that enhance customer protection while driving incremental revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive upselling of Microsoft Security solutions
* Translate security needs into high‑value solutions that increase premium license adoption
* Act as the technical Microsoft Security reference within the ACMP team
* Support partners on secure cloud migration, Zero Trust, endpoint, and compliance solutions
* Position security as a value‑adding, revenue‑generating service in the Italian market
* Enable security‑first transition from on‑premise to cloud to grow recurring revenue
Your Profile:
* Experience in Microsoft Security, Modern Workplace, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Security portfolio
* Proven ability to combine technical expertise with a commercial, sales‑driven mindset
* Experience working with partners, resellers, or customers in a B2B or indirect sales environment
* Ability to translate security concepts into business value for customers and partners
* Fluent Italian and professional English required
