The role
Help shape and scale the brand strategy for our tecnology platform in obesity/metabolic health. You’ll drive positioning, omnichannel campaigns, patient-centered messaging, agency coordination, and performance optimization—working closely with Medical, Digital and Regulatory to stay evidence-based and compliant.

Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, we’re looking for a Brand Manager with healthcare marketing experience and a strong consumer/patient orientation. Obesity is a category where patient conversation matters—this role blends evidence-based messaging with modern brand building.
What you’ll do
* Support brand strategy, positioning, and messaging (HCPs + patient), partnering tightly with Medical, Regulatory and Digital
* Build and execute omnichannel marketing plans and campaigns (assets, calendar, briefs, approvals)
* Translate patient insights into education, support programs, community initiatives and content
* Manage agencies and vendors (creative, media, PR) and ensure high-quality output
* Drive performance and optimization using data (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention)
* Create clear reporting, learnings, and recommendations for the team
What you bring
* 2–4 years of experience in healthcare marketing (pharma, medical device, consumer health); consumer exposure strongly preferred
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable operating within compliance constraints (claims, approvals, evidence)
* Strong communication skills; able to simplify complex topics without stigma
* Italian and English proficiency for international collaboration
Nice to have
* Experience in obesity/cardiometabolic categories or consumer brands
* DTC/omnichannel funnel experience, market research exposure, strong analytics mindset
