Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the annual sales targets of the commercial display category in the region and increase TCL commercial display's local market share.# Manage and grow key commercial display customers in the region, including developing and maintaining strong relationships and establishing benchmark cases.# Collaborate with the team to build and manage the regional sales channel system, and develop system integrator (SI) and independent software developer (ISV) customers.# Plan and execute marketing activities to generate leads and drive sales in the sales area.# Collect and analyze market information, and track competitor activity in the area of responsibility.
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 8+ years of sales experience in the commercial display industry, including 3+ year of sales team management experience.# Proven track record of successfully developing and managing large customers.# Strong market analysis and judgment skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills.# Responsible and proactive, with a strong ability to withstand pressure and travel domestically and internationally.
