PJoin to apply for the strongHealth Systems Key Account Manager /strong role at strongPhilips /strong /ppJoin to apply for the strongHealth Systems Key Account Manager /strong role at strongPhilips /strong /ppGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. /ppstrongKey Account Manager – Health Systemsbr/strongDevelops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers in the assigned area (North-Est Italy), by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts. /ppJob TitlebrHealth Systems Key Account ManagerbrstrongJob Descriptionbr/strongstrongKey Account Manager – Health Systemsbr/strongDevelops and drives credible and productive long-term relation with customers in the assigned area (North-Est Italy), by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships with accounts.brstrongYour Rolebr/strongulliDeveloping, maintaining and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. /liliInitializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group. /liliCreating, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts. /liliCreating an account plan for each account for 2 years in which budgeted targets are translated into specific strategy and actions per account as part of the operational plan of the sales group. /liliCreating and implements action programs for and with the accounts to improve the performance of Philips. /liliDriving the performance of the functions in the accounts to get it done. /liliSystematically analysing and reporting sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.br/li /ulstrongYou're The Right Fit If You Havebr/strongulliMaster’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. /liliExtensive proven experience in a sales or account management role within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably with capital equipment. /liliAbility to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results. /liliSolid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies. /liliStrong knowledge of logistics and process management. /liliBasic financial understanding. /liliCapable of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans. /liliExperience delivering presentations at an account management level. /liliFrequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units. /liliFluency in English and Italian (local language required)br/li /ulstrongHow We Work Togetherbr/strongWe believe that we are better together than apart.
