Job Summary:
We have a great Account Manager opportunity to join an exciting and innovative sales team.

We are looking for an experienced salesperson who has solid experience dealing with customers and generating profit from existing customer relationships.

You will inherit an already well established patch of 40 customers with the goal to identify customer needs and apply the company’s value proposition to drive sales growth and improve profitability, develop strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals.

9. Develops strategic relationships and aligns customer and business goals, creating and managing a business and execution plan for shared success among the customer and the company.

What you will be doing:

15. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer interface to the company's resources

16. Develops strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage the customers’ business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers

17. Engages customers in joint planning that integrates the company's services, programmes and supplier partnerships, securing customer commitment for the development of a comprehensive investment in strategies that advance the company’s market position, engagement and financial goals

18. Conducts regular business reviews with assigned accounts to track progress toward revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plan.

19. Maintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for assigned customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.

20. Supports supplier's strategies by aligning solutions with customer to maximise profitable growth, and customer expansion.

21. Prioritise customers and opportunities with greatest potential for success.

22. Closely manages profitability by minimising profit leaks and maximising gross profit.

23. Other duties as assigned.
