 
        H3Overview /h3 pSenior Account Manager - Plating role at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions. The position is permanent and full-time, located in San Martino di Trecate (NO), Italy. Travel is required as this is an outside sales role. The role supports the Business Manager in operational areas, delivering technical and service solutions while developing long-term partnerships. MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions operates as a business unit of Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI). /p pWe are looking for a permanent and full-time highly motivated Account Manager to work primarily in the Northern Italy area. The Account Manager will support the Business Manager in operational areas, providing the best technical and service solutions while developing long-term partnerships. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including technical support. /li liBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. /li liNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. /li liEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. /li liClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. /li liDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. /li liPrepare reports on account status. /li liCollaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. /li liAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. /li liResponsible for identifying new prospects in their territory and opportunities within existing accounts using an ATLAS (Salesforce) driven approach and structure. /li /ul h3Who are you? /h3 pMinimum qualification requirement: Diploma of Chemistry. /p pThis is an outside sales position. Travel is required. /p pA strong verbal and written communication skills in English is required. /p pA good knowledge of office package is preferrable. /p h3What competencies will you need? /h3 ul liExperience in a similar technical or sales role, ideally with the Industrial chemical manufacturing product range. Technical experience with an applicator is also a good reference. /li liStrong ability to build relationships and leverage customer and internal relationships. /li liPossess a professional, positive attitude and be a good team player. /li liExcellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. /li /ul h3We are offering /h3 pYou will be employed with the National Contract of Chemists (CCNL Chimico) with the possibility to subscribe to the related Health and Pension funds (FASCHIM and FONCHIM). /p pAs part of our team here you will receive a competitive base salary, you will participate in a generous performance related bonus scheme, as well as a yearly welfare plan. /p pYou will receive a company car, a mobile phone and a laptop computer and you will access to the company canteen. /p pWorking time: 38 hours/week.
