As Store Manager and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in growing the brand in the local market.
You will report to the Area Manager and your responsibilities will include :
Sales Optimization
* Drive and maximize sales in line with the objectives set by management
* Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets
* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for store management
Team Leadership and Management
* Train and share knowledge about products, sales techniques, and operational procedures with the sales team
* Lead and motivate the team in achieving goals and managing key performance indicators
* Manage staff schedules
* Conduct annual and professional performance reviews
Operational Procedures
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
* Maintain the store’s appearance, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation
* Ensure the sales floor layout and product displays are in line with merchandising guidelines
* Oversee stock management and inventory control
Profile
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or team leader in the fashion retail industry
* Strong understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
* Performance and results-driven, with a strong commercial mindset
