E&P PROJECT CONTROLLER
for a world-leading multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.
This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.
Compensation: RAL €34,000 – €35,000, CCNL Metalworking Industry

Responsibilities
The E&P Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team and works in close partnership with the Project Management organization.
The role requires leveraging data and financial analysis to support decision‑making, with a strong focus on process simplification, accuracy, and adherence to controllership governance.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with Project Managers to provide governance and control over project costs;
* Lead Project Margin Reviews to define project margins for revenue recognition purposes;
* Assess exposures, risks, and opportunities related to cost estimates and determine the need for reserves;
* Perform detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities;
* Contribute to strategic digitization and simplification initiatives (e.g. systems implementation, cross‑functional processes, RPA), as a team leader or contributor;
* Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned.
Requirements
To Be Successful in this role you will:
* Hold a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an equivalent discipline from an accredited university or college;
* Have relevant professional experience, preferably within the finance function of a multinational company;
* Have experience using financial systems such as Oracle and OBIEE;
* Have mandatory fluency in English, both written and spoken.
