****Purpose of the Role
**The core objective of this role is to provide technical expertise to agents and distributors in order to support the achievement of sales objectives.The Product Specialist acts as a trusted field partner, supporting agents, distributors, and physicians with in-depth knowledge of Neurovascular technologies and products.
The role contributes to education initiatives and actively participates in customer events, workshops, and training programs / technical support in and out Angio Lab.
Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key to ensuring effective execution in the field.
**Neurovascular Portfolio:
****Key Responsibilities
****Product & Market Development
*** Act as the technical expert for the full Neurovascular product portfolio within the assigned territory.
* Deliver product and clinical training, including presentations to groups of physicians.
* Support and facilitate physician-to-physician programs and educational initiatives.
* Actively support sales and marketing programs through regular field presence alongside agents and distributors.
* Provide technical assistance in the Angio Lab when required.
* Share relevant market and customer insights with the Marketing Manager to support market development initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with Sales Management to support territory objectives.
**Relationship Management
*** Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
* Develop effective working relationships with agents and distributors, responding proactively to their needs.
**Quality & Compliance
*** Ensure full compliance with Stryker's quality systems, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Act as a key interface between agents, customers, and the sales organization to support complaint handling, documentation, and issue resolution.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and ethical standards in all interactions.
**Qualifications & Experience
*** Minimum
**4 years of experience
** in the medical device or healthcare environment.
Preferably in Interventional Neuroradiology, Interventional Radiology, or Hematology.
* Preferably
**2+ years of experience
** in sales, marketing, or technical specialist roles.
* Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent is preferable.
* Experience supporting training and educational programs is an advantage.
* Strong results orientation and ability to work toward defined objectives.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
