And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.This role sits at the intersection of product, platform engineering, and data: you’ll own the platform vision and roadmap, drive adoption through excellent internal user experience, and partner closely with engineering to deliver improvements across the data lifecycle on our stack (Databricks, AWS, Python).What You’ll DoOwn the product strategy for the Data Platform, defining the vision, principles, roadmap, and prioritization framework aligned with business and engineering goalsPartner closely with the Head of Data Platform and engineering teams to ensure fast, scalable, and consistent product deliveryAct as the voice of internal users by mapping end-to-end journeys – from discoverability and onboarding to adoption, operations, and scaling – identifying friction points and opportunities for improvementDrive product discovery and execution in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders across Data Platform Engineering, Security, Governance and AnalyticsDefine and monitor success metrics such as adoption, reliability, developer productivity, cost efficiency, time‑to‑first‑value, and data quality to guide prioritization and decision‑makingCollaborate with engineering teams on technical trade‑offs, sequencing, and solution design, helping balance scalability, usability and speed of deliveryChampion a product mindset across platform teams, promoting usability, self‑service, scalability, reliability, and security‑by‑default principlesImprove platform adoption and enablement through documentation, feedback loops, onboarding experiences, and training initiativesContribute to building a modern, scalable data ecosystem leveraging Databricks, AWS and Python‑based solutionsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar role, with strong exposure to internal platforms, developer tools, infrastructure, or data platformsProven track record of driving user adoption and delivering measurable product outcomes in complex technical environmentsStrong technical understanding of modern data architectures, workflows, and platform ecosystemsExperience working with modern cloud‑native data stacks, particularly AWS and Databricks (or equivalent lakehouse/data platform technologies)Ability to engage deeply with topics such as instrumentation, pipelines, monitoring, data quality, and downstream consumption, translating technical complexity into clear product requirementsStrong analytical and data‑driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and driving continuous improvementExperience operating in cross‑functional and ambiguous environments, influencing stakeholders without direct authorityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and trade‑offs to both technical and non‑technical audiencesPractical familiarity with AWS services, IAM/security, networking concepts, observability, and cost optimization, databricks and lakehouse architectures, Python and modern data workflowNice‑to‑havePrevious hands‑on experience as a Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer or Software EngineerFamiliarity with platform engineering concepts such as golden paths, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), DevEx metrics, and self‑service enablementExperience with data governance, access management, observability and data quality frameworksExposure to medallion architectures, Delta Lake patterns, and enterprise‑scale data product environmentsExperience building enablement programs including documentation, onboarding flows, and training for internal technical usersWhy You’ll Love It HereWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
