For our Moncler Indirect Purchasing department, we are looking for an Indirect Purchasing Manager to join the global Team based at our HQ in Milan.
Your impact
The Indirect Purchasing Manager, reporting directly to the Indirect Purchasing Director, will have a specific focus on the marketing and digital areas, acting as a partner to the business functions, fostering trust and facilitating team building, especially with the internal clients.
Activities:
1. Proactive onboarding of business functions in scope and management of sourcing initiatives: collect and understand purchasing needs and support the monitoring of the spend during the project execution
2. Support the negotiation of frame agreements for recurring partners and rebates
3. Vendor management
4. Assist in the contracting process
5. Facilitate the procure to pay processes
Who We Are Looking For
Main qualifications:
6. Previous experience of 8/10 years in procurement or marketing fields
7. Excellent knowledge of procurement tools (such as SAP, Oracle, Jaggaer, Ivalua, Coupa)
8. Fluent in English and Italian. French will be a plus
