Raise challenges when needed and constantly spot growth opportunitiesRegularly connect with Countries Leads and Distributors marketing teams to share inputs, track projects and markets performanceLead markets in delivering innovation pipeline, with clear timeline setting and strong activation plans; support the Head of Marketing in designing and implementing proper CMI plot where neededPeriodically connect with Global Marketing Team to drive relevant projects for the region and share best practices and learningsContribute to create a culture based on feedback sharing, growth mindset, team spirit, entrepreneurship, and courage
