About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead and expand our operations in Italy, with a strong focus on sales growth and business development. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international company entering a new phase of expansion in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across key business segments.
* Manage and develop the sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives.

* Report directly to the regional leadership team.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or Sales Director in a B2B environment.
* Strong track record in sales leadership, business development, and team management.
* Excellent understanding of the Italian market and customer dynamics.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
* Experience in managing P&L and driving profitability.
