? About the Role:
As a Channel Partner Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our commercial growth by leading and empowering a network of distribution partners. Your mission is to position our liquid biopsy platform as an indispensable tool for cancer diagnostics worldwide.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration with distribution partners in Italy and beyond
* Set clear targets and ensure accountability with each partner
* Equip partners with training, sales tools, and messaging to outperform in their markets
* Adapt commercial strategies to address local market dynamics and customer needs
* Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Operations, Supply Chain) and distributors
* Identify challenges early, implement corrective actions, and keep partners on track for success
* Champion the voice of the field within the company—turn market feedback into actionable insights
? What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in a commercial or sales role—preferably with hands-on distributor management in healthcare/biotech
* Strong understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and its role in diagnostic workflows
* Fluency in Italian and English ; Spanish skills are a significant plus
* Analytical mindset—able to translate data into strategic, revenue-driving actions
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment
* A proactive, resilient attitude —ready to own both successes and challenges
* Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A self-starter who also thrives in cross-functional, collaborative settings
