You will shape and influence strategic product and technology roadmaps, with a focus on the power distribution architecture spanning from the rack bus bar to the ASIC voltage regulator (VR). /p pYour mission is to drive compelling system‑level innovation, establish the right factors of merit, and deeply analyze architectural tradeoffs to ensure that Renesas maintains market leadership in high‑performance power delivery. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pIn this forward‑looking, path‑finding role, you will translate market challenges into long‑term architectural direction and technology strategy. Core responsibilities include: /p ul liEngaging deeply with top market‑defining customers to understand emerging system challenges and requirements. /li liModeling, simulating, and analyzing power converters and full power distribution architectures. /li liEvaluating, synthesizing, and comparing technology options required to realize next‑generation architectures. /li liAssessing manufacturing flows and identifying critical process considerations for advanced 3D heterogeneous power packaging. /li liDeveloping long‑term technology roadmaps spanning packaging, manufacturing processes, and IP development. /li liIdentifying opportunities for differentiated, disruptive products and power technology capabilities. /li liLeading advanced feasibility studies, developing detailed specification documents, and driving early prototyping with cross‑functional engineering teams. /li liCreating methodologies and tools to define and track key KPIs and factors of merit that articulate technical value. /li liBuilding organizational alignment around strategic direction and clearly communicating the “why” behind the roadmap to inspire execution and enthusiasm. /li /ul h3Core Technical Pillars /h3 pYou bring deep expertise in high‑performance power conversion, demonstrating strength across theoretical design, modeling, and real‑world system implementation.
