Key Responsibilities Include:
* Establishing a channel system for MOVA Italy, encompassing agents, secondary KA and OEM customers.
* Developing market funds utilization strategies and formulating product and price plans.
* Optimizing distributor systems based on existing channels to ensure supply of channel inventory, maintain market order and guarantee profitability for partners.
* Formulating sales strategies aligned with company requirements, establishing quarterly/annual goals and plans, enhancing marketing organization systems and management systems, and allocating resources effectively.
* Fostering regional sell-in and sell-out management to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management or related fields, preferably with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances and pet products.
* Over five years of relevant work experience in the Italian market, showcasing integrated marketing success stories.
* Able to withstand pressure, possess strong market development and sales capabilities, and demonstrate proven track records.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and resource development abilities, along with team leadership and project development expertise.
