We are looking for a new Product Manager to join us and lead a great team.
The ideal candidate is hungry for a win, smiles when facing a challenge, and is always ready for another round.
Your quest will be to:
* Have a vision of the product and where you want to take it
* Define the product roadmap towards your vision while meeting management goals
* Execute against that roadmap - full development cycles, from specification to delivery to make your vision a reality
* Be hands-on with the team by facilitating the team's requirements and needs
* Be on top of the game's daily performance
* Define AB tests to validate assumptions and make improvements
* Work closely with the data team to understand and guide the performance, economy, and behaviour of your players
* Manage tasks of different departments: customer support, data, monetization, development, design, QA.
* Oversee live ops
* Communicate with management
To start playing, you will need:
* 3 years of product management experience in F2P mobile games
* Good analytical and numerical skills
* Agile project management skills and experience
* Great communication skills
* Strong Excel
* Fluent English
