Project Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to evaluate customer experience at luxury spa locations. The goal of this project is to assess service quality, staff professionalism, and overall guest experience during a standard treatment visit.Key Responsibilities
- Review the spa’s website before the visit to understand available services and booking options.
- Make a telephone enquiry and booking for a standard facial treatment or massage (up to 60 minutes).
- Arrive at the spa early and observe the waiting area and reception environment.
- During the visit, allow staff to assess your needs and recommend treatments, rather than requesting a specific service immediately.
- Discreetly identify the staff members involved in the experience (via name badges or by politely asking their names).
- Observe service quality, professionalism, and overall guest experience throughout the visit.
- Take clear photos during the visit where appropriate.
- Keep the receipt for reimbursement.
Reporting Requirements
- Submit a detailed evaluation report within 24 hours after the visit.
- Upload photos and the purchase receipt in order to receive reimbursement.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and remain discreet during the visit.
- Reliable internet access to complete reports.
- Ability to take clear photos.
