About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Handheld Scanning Business Unit. In this hybrid role, you’ll lead one or more product lines, owning strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and customers to ensure our solutions deliver real market value.
Key Responsibilities
🔸 Drive product and marketing strategy across assigned lines
🔸 Create marketing materials and sales tools
🔸 Train global sales teams and support key accounts
🔸 Define product specs in collaboration with R&D
🔸 Analyze customer needs and market trends
🔸 Develop pricing, business cases, and profitability plans
🔸 Manage key third-party and partner relationships
🔸 Support planning and lifecycle management
What We’re Looking For
✔ Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar (Master’s a plus)
✔ 2–5 years in Product Management or Marketing roles
✔ Fluent in English and Italian
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working cross-functionally and customer-facing
✔ Comfortable translating technical info for different audiences
✔ Willingness to travel
Nice to Have
➕ Experience in R&D or Program Management
➕ Knowledge of retail tech or AIDC products
➕ Familiarity with SAP ERP, IBM Jazz, or similar tools
