The role In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of Data Products that enable data-driven decision-making across a global organization. As part of the Global Data & AI team, you'll identify inefficiencies, understand business needs, and deliver tangible solutions. You'll define the vision and delivery of Data Products, collaborate with technical teams, and work in a fast-paced, multinational environment using tools like Power BI, Azure, and GCP. Additionally, you'll ensure data governance aligns with organizational goals and innovate using Generative AI (GenAI). This position is ideal for someone with a strong data background, project management experience, and a desire to make a significant impact. Duties & responsibilities Responsible for developing a requirement approach for business intelligence initiatives, including developing estimates and timelines for business analyst deliverables. Ensures that the business capability requirements align to the business intelligence and data strategy roadmaps. Elicits, analyzes, specifies, documents, communicates and validates business intelligence requirements for assigned workflows/projects. Aids in developing best practices regarding implementation readiness, user adoption, support, including communication, training, and rollout plans on business intelligence solutions. Maintain and transform all strategies in operational plans according to business priorities and within budget. Identifies and implements process improvement. Drives quantifiable results through facilitating interaction with the business unit and acts as a subject matter expert for the business unit. Candidate Profile Bachelor Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), Business or equivalent education. Preferably 5 years of experience in similar positions, handling complex Data Projects in advanced and multi-country contexts. Experience in multinational companies with a retail network or from a consulting firm is preferred. Proactive in learning new skills and developing strengths. Commitment to achieving challenging goals. Fluent English required. Skills Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of data development and tools to assess project work hours and business value. Communication skills: Strong ability to discuss priorities, explain products, and respond to requests. Managerial skill: Experience in project organization and team coordination. Microsoft BI Stack: Proficiency in Power BI and Azure Analysis Service. Preferred GCP knowledge: Familiarity with BigQuery, DataProc, DataFlow, and Pub/Sub.
