Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries regarding reservations, rates, and availability - Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to their problems - Promoting additional services, such as spa treatments or golf packages, to customers who have already booked their stay - Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions - Generating reports and analyzing booking data as needed Requirements: - 1 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills, including proficiency with reservation systems - Knowledge of the hospitality industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Opera knowledge is required - Fluent Italian and good english knowledge If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
