**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a talented **Brand Manager Kinder Chocolate & Masterbrand** who will be managing Global Brand Activations (GBA) for Kinder + Kinder Chocolate as well as being responsible for the for Kinder Chocolate portfolio globally.
**Main Tasks**:
Global Brand Activations (GBA) support LM in developing & delivering GBA for Kinder Chocolate & Kinder Masterbrand (eg Audiobooks, Seeds, Thoughtful Treating etc):
- Manage briefs & day to day relationships with creative & digital agencies
- Manage internal alignments with different stakeholders (PG, Areas, BUs, BSR, digital, media,legal, CSU, PR etc)
- Manage production prep & process to ensure on time in full delivery of high-quality assets to countries
- Roll out of global equity concept on pack & other touch-points
Kinder Visual Identity 2.0 support LM in:
- Preparing & aligning (cross brands & cross countries) brief to kick of the pitch process for the future of Kinder VID
- Organize & run pitch process, co-ordinate agency selection, creative development, consumer research ensuring continuous alignment with key stakeholders
- Lock design & deliver templates
Kinder Chocolate PTF management:
- Manage Areas/Bus requests for new formats
- Support CP & PTF management team in decomplexity efforts & perform PS6 analysis
- Act as contact point for E commerce team and Travel Market
Kinder Chocolate minis:
- Range management & VID revamp
- Identify opportunities to maximize their role in GBA
**Who we are looking for**:
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics/Marketing
- 4 years of experience in Marketing/ Brand Management (preferably FMCG)
- Global mindset & curiosity
- Strong project management & communication skills
- Experience working with agencies
- Results oriented, precise & proactive
- Able to prioritize & work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
- Analytical skills
- Mobility availability needed
**IT Skills**
- Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs
- Familiarity with SAP/Ariba Architecture is considered as a plus
**Languages**
- Fluent in English
- Other languages are considered a plus
