An overview of the role We are looking for highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare practice at Capgemini Invent. The ideal candidates bring at least 7 years of consultancy experience, preferably gained in leading consulting firms and multinational environments, with a strong focus on the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development activities with a strong commercial mindset and a polite, client-oriented approach Support clients in the design and implementation of AI and digital solutions to enhance R&D and Clinical Operations Lead and contribute to strategic consulting projects in the Life Sciences and Healthcare domains, including digital health initiatives and organizational and technological transformation programs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to deliver high-impact solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative strategies that support clients’ growth and transformation goals. Ensure the successful delivery of projects with a strong focus on results and measurable outcomes. Required Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in consulting, with a track record of business devopment and delivering complex projects in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Solid understanding of industry trends, regulatory environments, and digital transformation in healthcare. Strong result orientation and a natural aptitude for identifying and developing business opportunities. Drive business development initiatives with a strong commercial orientation and a respectful, client-centric approach Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience in AI and digital transformation supporting R&D and clinical operations will be evaluated as a plus. Educational Background: Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a Scientific discipline Fluency in English, other languages will be evaluated as a plus Why us?
