Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a new Sales Manager for the Italian market to help us elevate our Sales Account Executives Team. The Role Your mission will be to lead and empower Team Leaders of Account Executives in Italy to achieve and surpass acquisition goals, scaling our sales efforts. You will define strategies to drive team success, optimize the impact of AE-booked meetings, and ensure consistent growth for Factorial. Your focus will be on coaching, developing, and recruiting high-performing AEs, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment where each team member can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and implement goals and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in Italy, aligning with Factorial’s broader business objectives. Team Development: Coach AEs and TLs daily, conduct regular sales training, and provide feedback to enhance skills and performance. Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead recruitment and onboarding of high-performing AEs, ensuring seamless integration and professional growth with clear career paths. Collaboration & Efficiency: Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to improve tools, processes, and tracking, maximizing sales efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with global teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and foster regional synergies. In-field Leadership: Spend significant time supporting your team directly, helping them reach targets, manage pipelines, and refine sales approaches. Requirements: B2B Sales Expertise: Strong background in B2B sales with leadership experience in dynamic environments. Sales Leadership: Over 5 years of leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, with at least 2 years as a Sales Manager, and a proven track record of results. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions for strategy refinement. Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and advanced English proficiency. Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-changing environments, managing uncertainty, and driving success under pressure.
