Experteer Overview
In this role you will own and strengthen relationships with PHINIA’s key European clients, shaping commercial strategy to drive growth and long-term partnerships. You will align with regional teams, execute global account plans, and identify opportunities across markets. You’ll lead executive reviews, analyze performance, and support brand and price initiatives to maximize value. This role offers impact across a pan-European landscape within a collaborative, sustainability-driven company.

- Drive revenue and market share growth across the defined international strategic account portfolio
- Act as the primary global interface for key accounts and coordinate with local KAMs and regional teams
- Develop and execute global strategic account plans and identify new opportunities and profitable growth levers
- Lead executive and operational reviews with strategic customers in collaboration with regional teams
- Perform competitive benchmarking and performance analysis to identify margin expansion opportunities
- Coordinate international commercial initiatives and brand development with regional structures
- Own pricing strategies and business cases in line with HQ guidance

Responsabilità
