We are scaling fast, and we are looking for an International Account Manager to be the face of our company for our global clients.

YOUR MISSION
In this role, you won't just be an executor. You will be the engine of our clients' success. Here is how:
* Own the Relationship → You will manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, acting as their strategic partner and trusted advisor.
* Drive Success → You will help international trade show organizers and event professionals unlock the full potential of our AI-driven SaaS platform.
* Bridge the Gap → You will work closely with our Product and Development teams to turn client feedback into winning new features.
* Shape the Process → You will actively contribute to designing strategies to enhance Customer Experience. \"We've always done it this way\" doesn't exist here.
* Fuel the Strategy → You will create and manage regular reports and analyses to support the sales team in developing and optimizing strategies.
WHAT MAKES A GREAT FIT
* At least 3 years of experience in roles requiring strong digital hard and soft skills.
* Proficiency with Project Management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
* Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Proficiency in Spanish, German, or another European language.
* Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and manage professional relationships effectively.
* Curious about SaaS, tech, events, and innovation.
* Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and critical thinking.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and quick to learn new tools/processes
* Full-time availability at our Reggio Emilia's office (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)
