Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Director to lead and expand Immensa's most important enterprise customer relationships. This role is responsible for driving long-term value creation across major accounts, ensuring customers fully adopt and scale Immensa's Digital Inventory solutions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial leadership, account strategy, and executive engagement, guiding the growth of key partnerships across multiple sites, business units, and stakeholders. Working closely with our commercial, technical, and operational teams, you will ensure Immensa is positioned as a trusted long-term partner supporting critical supply chain and operational challenges.
