Whether through global frameworks or tailored solutions, we empower performance and talent development across the organization—leveraging strategic partnerships and digital innovation. /p pWe’re now hiring a bKey Account Manager – Talent Management /b to help us take this mission to the next level. /p pbHow You Will Make an Impact /b /p pAs our new bKey Account Manager – Talent Management /b, you’ll be a strategic partner to two of our business units, helping them unlock the full potential of their teams. You’ll: /p ul liBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their business goals and talent development needs. /li liAct as a trusted advisor, recommending impactful talent management solutions from our global portfolio. /li liLead the implementation of talent initiatives aligned with BU/Function strategies, working closely with our Talent Management CoEs. /li liSupport the execution of core Talent Management processes and programs. /li liCollaborate with the Learning Development CoE to enhance our Team Development toolkit and identify new opportunities. /li liAlign talent initiatives with broader organizational goals through cross‑functional collaboration. /li liDevelop dashboards and reports to track key talent metrics and measure program success. /li liPresent data‑driven insights that inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement. /li liPartner with external vendors when needed to enrich our internal offerings. /li /ul pbYour Background /b /p pWe’re looking for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a strategic, fast‑paced environment. You’ll bring: /p ul lib10–15 years of experience /b in HR, with a focus on Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or Learning Development. /li liProven success in managing stakeholder relationships and acting as a strategic business partner. /li liStrong project management skills and experience leading initiatives across teams and regions. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities. /li liA knack for juggling multiple priorities and adapting to change. /li liStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Talent Management platforms like Workday. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
