Senior E-commerce Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to join our Grou e-Commerce team based in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing all our B2C Online Shops across 11 countries, ensuring high growth targets are met.
* Key Responsibilities include:
o Managing all commercial aspects of our online stores;
o Assuming a high level of personal responsibility for sales targets;
o Planning country-specific products portfolios and ensuring the availability of goods;
o Cordinating activities on performance marketing and optimizing relevant KPIs;
o Developing digital marketing and sales activities with the team and external partners;
o Analyzing customer journey and deriving strategies to create personalized shopping experiences;
o Improving store design and usability (UX/UI);
o Identifying potential trends for online channels optimization;
o Defining business KPIs focusing on traffic and conversion goals;
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in S&OP processes for Eshop stock availability, interface with IT, Marketing, and Sales departments, and coordinate with external partners and agencies.
Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree in commerce or technical field or specialist training course with e-commerce relevance;
* 3-5 years of professional experience in online store management or e-commerce ideally in consumer goods industry;
* Experience in SEO and SEA concepts implementation;
* Project management skills for IT projects;
* Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce systems, preferably Magento 2.0;
* Agile context experience as a platform owner;
* KPI-driven analytical skills with high service mindset;
* Understanding of technical interfaces and process flows in dealing with online store systems;
* Strong teamwork and initiative-taking abilities;
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken), other languages a plus.
