Elemed Srl, distributor for Italy of the innovative and unique hemostatic agent Ankaferd Blood Stopper (ABS), is seeking a Sales Director to develop the product. The role involves managing relationships with the sales network (already operational throughout Italy) and KOLs, as well as identifying additional professional figures to effectively promote the product across its various applications.
The Sales Director will work closely with the company management.
The product's incredible potential has been demonstrated during its first year of promotion, with numerous awards obtained through competitive procedures across various Italian regions, and many others currently under evaluation nationwide.
Extensive testing in over 200 hospital centers has confirmed its excellent hemostatic properties, being the only and infungible agent capable of managing bleeding in patients with coagulation disorders of first and second degree.
Encouraging results have emerged, including a prestigious clinical study initiated in 2024 at one of Italy's leading hospital centers, aiming to demonstrate the product's uniqueness and efficacy in managing bleeding associated with neoplasms.
The ideal candidate is motivated and determined to contribute significantly to the company and their personal and professional growth. They should feel comfortable and stimulated by this important corporate role.
The person will be responsible for continuing to grow the product across various surgical applications.
The candidate will report directly to the Proprietor, enjoying complete trust, and should approach the role proactively, including exploring new opportunities in the sector.
Due to the centrality of this role within the organizational structure and the need for constant coordination with the owner and team members, residence in Campania is required.
