ANTOS srl Business Tools, with headquarters in Camerano (AN), has been operating in the IT sector for over 20 years. As a Platinum Partner of Zucchetti with over 400 clients, it specializes in the development and marketing of management software for business financial control. Its main clients are Italian SMEs operating in the Technological Installations and Manufacturing sectors. Antos is characterized by a dynamic environment, high technological content, and a focus on product, process, and service innovation. For the launch of a new territorial project, we are seeking : Sales Account for Lombardy who, in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments, will promote MES (Manufacturing Execution System) management software and technological installations. The new collaborator will specifically : Develop the portfolio of new clients in the assigned area Promote and sell consulting services and continuous improvement projects Manage an assigned budget (€600k annually) Manage and maintain relationships with active clients Ensuring : Autonomously handle all sales phases, from defining, formalizing, and negotiating the offer, to service delivery Post-sale activities and services, in close collaboration with the technical team responsible for service delivery Collaboration with the marketing area for managing inbound commercial contacts Presence at sector events and trade fairs to identify new commercial partnerships Knowledge of the local business fabric At least 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in technologies for manufacturing, metalworking, and plant engineering sectors (e.g., mechanics, precision mechanics, stamping, sheet metal working, electronics, etc.) Preferential knowledge or experience in selling MES solutions Preferential knowledge of enterprise management systems (ERP) Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Additional qualities include strong self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, resilience, a results-oriented approach, customer focus, and negotiation skills.
