WHEN:
Starting September 2025, for 6–8 months or more, depending on flow.
This is not a full-time role, but a meaningful collaboration we’re open to shaping together.
We care more about intention than intensity.
WHERE:
Remote, anywhere on the map, as long as we can share the journey.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
* Ability to co-develop the strategic direction of each brief with the creative team
* Translate that direction into a clear project roadmap, with timelines and deliverables
* Manage the full development process from brief to delivery
* Coordinate and structure presentations, ensuring clarity, flow, and consistency
* Act as a point of reference for internal updates and client check-ins
* Provide independent project reports and progress overviews
* Strong communication and facilitation skills, internally and with clients
* Sensitivity to creative dynamics, with the ability to hold space and provide structure
* Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing external partners
* Ability to write and refine briefs, build agendas, and ensure alignment
* Confidence in presenting and leading client conversations
* A calm, open, and solutions-oriented mindset
* Experience across branding, content creation, campaigns, activations
* Versatility across industries: fashion, design, art, hospitality, culture
* Smart and flexible time management, able to meet deadlines and adapt when needed
* Experience managing budgets and supplier coordination
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 7+ years of experience in the creative field
* No specific academic background required, just clear proof you know what you’re doing, your work speaks for itself
* A portfolio that shows thought, coherence, and quality across projects
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Other languages appreciated: Italian, French, German
