Ensuring detection of defects and managing them accordingly to relevant procedures (non-conformities)
Managing non-conformities (opening, expedite disposition and validate execution)
Monitoring and driving the NCRs key metrics (aging, closure rate)
Ensuring completeness of the check form in terms of data availability and quality of the data inside the documents
Ensuring the readiness of the shop dossier (WO, applicable docs and drawings, check forms) to authorize starting of activities
Final checks list for shop dossier timely closing
Issuing certificates to customers according to QCP (Quality Control Plan)
Collaborating with Quality team to highlight repetitive issues for continuous improvement
Driving check forms revision and improvement
Encouraging the shop floor to highlight any type of non-conformance, report quality concerns, leverage on “stop work authority” process to stop the line and reduce as soon as possible escape
Support to promote the Quality cultural change
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Technical Diploma
Intermediate Turbomachinery experience
Good knowledge of inspection procedures
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of mechanical drawing and measuring instruments
Good communication skills, proactive and self-starter attitude
Availability to work in shifts also weekend if required
EU permit
