This role ensures the delivery of high-quality analytics services, supports business stakeholders in identifying analytics needs, and leads the evolution and modernization of data analytics platforms in alignment with IT standards and governance. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pullibTeam Leadership Project Management /b /liliManage and mentor a team responsible for analytics and reporting solutions, ensuring optimal service levels and continuous professional development. /liliLead end-to-end implementation of reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring adherence to IT standards, governance, and security policies. /liliCoordinate activities of external system integrators and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables in line with SLAs. /liliManage the budget for Financial Services Analytics initiatives and oversee resource allocation. /lilibBusiness Partnership Solution Delivery /b /liliCollaborate with Financial Services business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and prioritize business analytics requirements for enhancements and major projects. /liliTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring integration with the IVECO Group systems landscape. /liliDefine and maintain a stable, efficient, and high-performance analytics and reporting platform. /lilibGovernance Continuous Improvement /b /liliEnsure all analytics solutions comply with IT policies, including standard applications, software platforms, and security requirements. /liliFoster the evolution and modernization of data analytics solutions, driving both continuous improvement and change management. /liliMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service and application availability, provisioning times, and application improvements. /li /ulpbr/ppbEducation Experience /b /pulliMaster degree in applied economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects. /liliGood knowledge of Financial Services business processes. /lili2+ years of experience with SAP environments, preferably with Banking (CML, FMS) and FI modules. /liliProven experience with business analytics tools (e.g., QlikSense, DataBricks). /liliExperience sourcing data from diverse systems, with a strong understanding of data models and ETL procedures. /liliAdvanced knowledge of SQL scripting, database architecture/design, and exposure to big data concepts. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Competencies /b /pulliExcellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. /liliStrong ability to work directly with internal and external customers to define and design project requirements. /liliUnderstanding of ICT architecture, standards, and cybersecurity technologies. /liliExperience in data quality, data cleaning, and data transformation processes. /liliAbility to manage project expectations, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships. /li /ul
