This role involves effective utilization of human resources, equipment, and IT systems allocated to the department. Key Responsibilities Operational Management : Coordinate activity scheduling, control costs, and allocate resources across departmental teams. Ensure timely supply of materials through collaboration with Materials Management. Supervise logistics operations. Utilize SAP functions related to production processes. Organize departmental work efficiently, proposing shift or task distribution changes as needed. Report on departmental tools and equipment needs, oversee maintenance, and ensure proper usage. Analyze critical factors and identify solutions for continuous improvement. Monitor production progress with support from team leaders. Manage contractual and legal aspects of working hours, leave, holidays, and overtime. Support training and development of department staff. Engage personnel through information sharing and feedback handling. Manage the 'OPERA' Plan: set objectives, monitor progress, assess results, and implement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company regulations and disciplinary procedures, and address conflicts. Assess and manage anomalies in goods received and dispatched. Control use of tools, equipment, and documentation within the workshop. Technical Responsibilities Communicate major technical issues clearly and document them for relevant departments, such as Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Control, including issues like incomplete documentation or missing tools. Quality Assurance Address Foreign Object Debris (FOD) issues and inform team leaders when necessary. Support team leaders in overseeing correct usage and completion of working documents (assembly reports, control reports, schedules, fault lists). Maintain knowledge of key quality documents (e.g., Manufacturing Data Reports). Analyze quality indicators, understand their implications, and propose improvements. Workplace Safety and Accident Prevention Supervise implementation of accident prevention regulations. Ensure compliance with fire prevention protocols. Monitor risks related to chemical materials.
