Who are you?
You are a sharp and analytical Paid Growth Manager with experience in B2B or SaaS growth marketing. You’re passionate about data, strategy, and driving measurable results through paid media. You have a proven track record of scaling acquisition campaigns, working cross-functionally, and generating quality leads through digital channels.

What will you do?

* Own and scale all paid B2B acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
* Develop full-funnel strategies to generate qualified marketing leads
* Analyze campaign data to identify insights and drive growth initiatives
* Launch and optimize marketing automation flows (e.g., lead scoring, NPS, email flows)
* Collaborate with sales to align targeting and improve lead quality
* Work with content and design teams on ad creatives and landing pages
* Continuously experiment and implement new strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention

What will you need?

* 2+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS performance marketing or growth roles
* Proven success in designing and executing paid campaigns with measurable impact
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
* Ability to both own the strategic direction and execute hands-on work
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Experience with GA, GTM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Meta Ads
