We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer for a full-time, remote position in Italy.
* Support business development through roadshows and workshops.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings.
* Build and maintain relationships with partners, demonstrating technical expertise and understanding client needs.
* Prepare technical materials and presentations for pre-sales support.
* Conduct product training for partners to ensure understanding of key USPs.
* Gather feedback from clients and partners to assist R&D in product improvement.
* Assist partners in customizing solutions for commercial success.
Your profile includes:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, preferably in electrical or electro-mechanical fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sales support, preferably in residential energy storage.
* Strong self-motivation and proactive attitude, capable of working independently and in teams.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable with customer-facing roles and group training.
* Ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions independently.
* Passion for the industry, eagerness to learn, and ability to grasp complex information quickly.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
