As we expand across Europe, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic enterprise sales initiatives and strengthen our relationships with key accounts in Italy. This is an opportunity to shape the commercial success of a global IT leader while driving value for major clients through cutting-edge technology.


About the Role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions.


Your work will have both strategic and hands-on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, innovative technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic partnerships
  • Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers through consultative and solution-based selling
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities
  • Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high-value deal closures
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including pre-sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy
  • Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning


What You Bring


  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills
  • Deep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market
  • A hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skills
  • Established network within the Italian or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus
  • Experience selling to financial institutions or regulated industries is highly valued
  • Native Italian, Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a strong advantage
