With over 2000 stores around the world, we are close to our customers by inspiring them in their shopping. /ppWe are looking for an experienced bSenior Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracts /b to join our Legal Department. /ppbAbout the role: /b This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, international retail business, supporting a wide range of commercial operations. /pulliContract Management: draft, review, and negotiate a broad spectrum of commercial contracts, including: franchise and licensing agreements, sales, agency and distribution agreements, service and consultancy agreements, purchase and supply agreements, logistics, warehousing, and transportation agreements, IT, software licensing, SaaS, and digital service agreements, Outsourcing, facility management, and utilities contracts /liliLegal Advisory: provide clear, business-oriented advice to internal stakeholders, ensure compliance of contracts with applicable laws, company policies, and best practices, support management in strategic decisions relating to partnerships, procurement, and retail operations, advise on contract liabilities and manage related litigation matters /liliCross-Functional Support: partner closely with departments including Sales, Procurement and Finance, contribute proactively to business discussions, understanding commercial drivers and aligning legal advice accordingly /li /ulpbWhat We're Looking For: /b /pulliLaw degree with excellent academic credentials and bar qualification is essential. /liliAt least 6 years of post-qualification experience gained at a primary law firm, with a solid focus on drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements /liliPrior exposure to retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce industries will be highly regarded /liliProven track record of drafting and negotiating complex contracts. /liliExperience in retail, consumer goods, or related industries is highly desirable. /liliAdditional knowledge of company law and extraordinary corporate operations is a plus. /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential /li /ulpbWhy Join Us? /b In OVS Group you will find a structured company, a dynamic and strongly results-oriented environment.
