PSocial network you want to login/join with: /ppWe are looking for a bKey Account Manager /b. In this role you will manage all commercial and technical aspects of the interface between Oerlikon Metco and the assigned customers, to achieve the established sales budget and develop their potential. /ppbYour Responsibilities /b /pulliCommercially manage the assigned accounts by proposing pricing strategy and preparing quotations with contractual terms and conditions within the boundaries of the company rules; give sales presentations, inform clients about innovations introduced by Metco, related to applications and processes /liliDefine and manage the sales budget and forecast per account and actively contribute to the achievement of the key country budget. /liliIdentify and establish relationships with all the relevant decision makers per account, define the account business profile and key buying factors, develop, document and implement sales plans per account, in conjunction with sales manager and, where requested, with segment and product managers. /liliConsult with customers on coatings and applications, recommending products and services as necessary, help to develop new applications, analyse customer needs and technical specifications, manage sampling and demonstration activities where appropriate. /liliIdentify prospects and contact them with the target to acquire and develop them. /liliSupport customers and provide an interface to Oerlikon Metco (including quality claims and cash collection/account receivables management). /liliManage customer data by utilizing the company CRM system. /liliPermanently provide feedback from customers and market to appropriate departments within Oerlikon Metco, including competitive information and market pricing, ensuring the understanding of market trends. /liliAttend trade shows, events and industry seminars, as necessary and in agreement with the direct managers. /li /ulpbYour Profile /b /pulliMaterials or mechanical bachelor’s degree. /liliAt least 2 years of professional experience in a sales department in a similar environment. /liliKnowledge of the thermal spray coating and laser cladding solutions/industries is a plus. /liliProfessional English knowledge. /liliDriving license and willingness to travel. /li /ulpbWe offer /b /ppAside from a dynamic global culture and leading market position, we are proud to offer our employees development opportunities, competitive salary and a robust benefit program ALL available on first day of employment! /ppThe perks and benefits of working at Oerlikon include the following: /pulliA competitive salary package /liliInternal education resources to satisfy your love of learning so you can continue to grow with us! /liliFlexible hours and hybrid work environment /li /ulpbWhy Oerlikon /b /ppTechnology and sustainable innovation are our business.
