This role will lead the sales strategy for the luxury segment, focusing on key international markets and cultivating strong partnerships with top-tier consortia and travel brands.\nMain responsibilities\nDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with the METT brand positioning, annual sales plan, and revenue objectives to achieve budgeted targets.\nIdentify, attract, and grow business from new and existing luxury leisure accounts across key markets (US, UK, Italy, and Europe) to increase market share.\nManage and strengthen long-term relationships with top-tier clients, luxury consortia, tour operators, and strategic partners.\nDrive revenue growth within the high-end leisure segment by converting new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.\nLead client interactions, including sales presentations, contract negotiations, business reviews, and ongoing account performance evaluations.\nAnalyze client needs, travel trends, and market data to develop tailored luxury experiences and bespoke commercial strategies in collaboration with Marketing and Revenue Management.\nRepresent METT Milan at international luxury travel trade shows, roadshows, and networking events, ensuring strong brand visibility within key luxury travel networks.\nManage FIT and Leisure Group accounts, ensuring follow-up and conversion to achieve budgeted revenues.\nMonitor market conditions and competitor activity, including pricing, market share, and positioning, to identify sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.\nDevelop and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives, providing regular performance reports and strategic recommendations by account.\nEvaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (FIT, tour operators, consortia, corporate, groups, etc.).\nManage budgets for sales initiatives, promotions, and commercial activities.\nCoordinate with external partners such as advertising, public relations agencies, and market research firms to support commercial objectives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort)\nFluent in Italian & English.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand at international events and fairs.\nStrong connections to luxury agencies and fashion houses in Milan.\nGood understanding of the Milan market and local hospitality landscape.\nExcellent negotiation and leadership skills\nStrong planning and budgetary skills\nProven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in luxury hospitality environments\nAvailability to travel frequently\nBenefits\nCompetitive Salary.\nDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.\nCareer Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority. xpavfwm Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.\nYou can learn more about our company: &
