/h3 h3What you will do /h3 pFor our Building Technologies Solutions division in Milan we are currently looking for a HVACR Sales Consultant Engineer for North-East Italy.
/p pAs Consulting Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships within consultants as well as for the overall promotion of Johnson Controls products and solutions.
/p h3How you will do it /h3 ul liResponsible for establishing an ongoing partnership with the consultants /li liManage proposals ensuring that a quote will meet customers' application and operational needs /li liPrepare quotations technically accurate and on time, commercially verified, offering the best all-round solution /li liValidate assumptions made during promotion meeting and build a detailed cost estimate and scope of work /li liPrepare proposals and other consultant's communication documents /li liProvide risk analysis for the complete solution /li liUnderstand the full range of JC offerings and their applications in customer solutions /li liDevise multiple offerings to meet specific program requirements /li liDevelop and maintain relationships with consultants /li liAssist in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolve /li liWork with appropriate sales team to develop understanding of customer requirements, critical areas and needs /li liReview estimate with appropriate operations sales team to get mutual agreement on estimate /li liInvolve estimators and PDE in developing offering and bundle solution in accordance with operations and sales team /li liOwn the JC value proposition to consultants by continuously optimizing the link between consultant's operation and our business objectives, needs, requirements and the JC' solutions in order to provide a total value solution and competitive advantage /li liUnderstand apply knowledge of competitor's business products solutions /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business, engineering or equivalent through experience /li liFive to eight years' experience in HVACR or operational processes /li liDemonstrated strong technical subject matter expertise to faster credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment /li liDemonstrated commercial attitude to establish partnership with customers /li liDemonstrated ability to influence consultants in their technical projects' choices /li liStrong teamwork attitude /li liComputer literacy particularly with MS Word and Excel /li liFluent Italian English language skills (verbal, reading and writing) /li liAbility to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met /li /ul pLocation: North-East Italy /p h3Our Benefits /h3 ul liFlexible working hours /li liAgile working /li liMeal vouchers of 8 euros /li liCompany welfare package /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
