Role
The Project / Account Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
* Project Management – Planning and coordinating the work team to deliver developed projects to clients within the agreed timeframe.
* Planning Sprints and Resources – Collaborate with the business and the development team to plan new projects and milestones, ensuring clear planning and efficient workflow.
* Game Testing – Ensure that all internal and client testing / UATs are done, monitoring the quality of work and ensuring it meets company standards and specifications defined with the client.
* Development Processes – Ongoing discussion with the Chief Games Officer and the development team to improve and streamline internal processes and products produced.
* Documentation – Ensure that internal documents are up-to-date and manage the development team so that all tasks are completed.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of Project Manager / Account experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and the development team.
* Proficiency in basic project management tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Notion).
* Ability to solve problems effectively.
* Stress management and diplomacy to resolve conflicts with team and client.
* Process discipline and meticulous documentation for internal and client-facing materials.
* Passion for video games.
* Ambition to contribute to our mission to bring the power of gaming to every company in the world.
