Activities

* Support the Manager in defining the annual budget for the B2C Auto channel by analysing territorial opportunities, market trends, market share and product mix.
* Translate commercial plans into operational activities: sales/development planning, results (KPI) monitoring, and proposing corrective actions in case of deviations.
* Manage customer loyalty through short-term contracts (agreements with PFAs) and medium/long-term contracts (supply/service agreements), maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
* Develop the lubricants business for large and medium-sized customers (potential >10 KLT/year) through prospecting and promotional initiatives coordinated with the Marketing department.
* Monitor consumption trends and competitor activities, and oversee the credit status of assigned customers, coordinating any collection actions in compliance with control rules, risk management, and compliance standards.


Candidate Profile

* Technical knowledge of lubricants products and the Automotive B2C market.
* Commercial skills: market analysis, sales planning, negotiation, and results orientation.
* Strong relational skills, problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage territory and relationships with large/medium customers.
* Proficiency in English.
* Required experience: 3-5 years in similar roles (preferably in the Automotive sector / B2C lubricants channel) and familiarity with control procedures, risk management, and compliance regulations
