Experteer OverviewIn this role you will drive growth for Phibro's ruminants products in Italy, supporting and expanding distribution while engaging key influencers and end users. You'll work with cross‐functional teams to craft technical and marketing materials, monitor sales performance, and build strategic partnerships. The position blends technical dairy cattle nutrition with business development to enhance market presence. You will be part of a European team focused on delivering value to dairy producers and veterinarians through trusted solutions.Retribuzione / BenefitsAccount management and technical support for customers, influencers, and end usersProvide marketing support and consulting to dairy owners, managers, and industry professionalsPrepare sales support materials for partners and customersAnalyze and report on distributor sales forecastsCreate and present technical presentations for distributors and customersIdentify and onboard new distribution partners for nutritional specialty productsCollaborate with marketing on branding initiatives and digital campaignsSupport achievement of budgeted sales and gross marginsTrain and support distributors to drive demand creationRepresent Phibro at trade shows, conferences, and eventsContribute to regional marketing strategy and business planningMonitor industry trends and share insights with EU teamContribute to annual budgeting process and resource planningMaintain regular communication with managers about customer activities and market developmentsResponsabilitàMinimum 5 years in business development with dairy cattle nutrition/management focusCommercial B2B experience in the dairy cattle feed sectorStrong understanding of how sales, marketing, operations and finance interrelateProficiency in Microsoft Office and CPM‐dairy or other ration formulation programsExcellent oral and written communication skillsWillingness to travel within the assigned region (~50%)Demonstrated ability to influence, lead and close commercial dealsCandidates with a veterinary degree or nutrition/animal science background preferred
