This is an opportunity to shape the commercial success of a global IT leader while driving value for major clients through cutting‑edge technology. /p h3About the Role /h3 pAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients while driving new business across the Italian market. You’ll take a consultative approach—partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and deliver tailored IT and XaaS solutions. /p pYour work will have both strategic and hands‑on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven, innovative technology solutions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. /li liOwn and grow enterprise accounts, building long‑term strategic partnerships. /li liEngage with C‑level executives and IT decision‑makers through consultative and solution‑based selling. /li liIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients. /li liDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities. /li liLead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high‑value deal closures. /li liCollaborate with internal teams—including pre‑sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions. /li liMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy. /li liLeverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition. /li liMaintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity. /li liProven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets. /li liStrong ability to engage and influence C‑level executives and technical stakeholders. /li liExcellent negotiation, contract management, and deal‑closing skills. /li liDeep understanding of the Italian enterprise IT market. /li liA hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skills. /li liEstablished network within the Italian or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus. /li liExperience selling to financial institutions or regulated industries is highly valued. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Why Join Getronics? /h3 ul liWork on large‑scale digital transformation initiatives with top enterprise clients. /li liBe part of a global, innovation‑driven organization with a collaborative culture. /li liAccess career growth and professional development opportunities across international markets. /li liCollaborate with industry experts in cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
