Audits are primarily conducted to ensure dealership reimbursements for commercial activities (e.g., Sales Incentives) are accurate, complete, and in accordance with Stellantis policies/requirements. /ppbr/ppThe Dealer Auditor will also be responsible for preparing and communicating audit-related information, such as notification letters and specialized reports detailing audit results, and in maintaining the audit tools. Additionally, the Dealer Auditor will maintain oversight of Stellantis’ commercial policies and programs, performing root cause analysis, recommending corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to improve internal and external processes and system functionality. /ppbr/ppKnowledge of Stellantis sales, finance, and controlling is essential. /ppThe candidate will be based in Italy, with travel up to 50%, and will report to a Dealer Audit Lead Auditor. /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbBasic Qualifications: /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, Sales Marketing, or a related degree /liliA minimum of 3 years professional working experience in auditing, finance/accounting, compliance, project management, quality assurance, or related automotive industry experience /liliStrong computer skills and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (O365 / Online Collaboration Version) /liliGeneral understanding of the franchised dealership model /liliQuantitative, analytical, and detail-oriented /liliPossesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) /liliKnowledge of risk management, control objectives/activities, and automated/manual controls /liliVendor management experience, including management of Statements of Work, KPI monitoring, and onboarding/training /liliFluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications: /b /pulliPrior audit experience (financial, compliance, operational, or dealership/franchise) /liliExperience with automotive OEM dealership management systems /liliExperience with highly automated/digital processes; including but not limited to remote auditing techniques, claims processing, and optical recognition software /liliExperience researching, implementing, or authoring technical requirements, policies/procedures, and other governing documents /liliFlexible and adaptable to changing business environments and job responsibilities /liliCertified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Fraud Examiner, or PMP Certification /liliAdvanced Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related degree /li /ulpbr/ppAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
